Ultimately, it led me to going on a juice fast.
I have to say, my groceries look way better on juice fast than pizza diet (I WASN'T REALLY ON A PIZZA DIET.)
For juice fast I drank about 1000 calories of green vegetable juices, almond milk, and a cleanse/day. No alcohol, caffeine, sugar, or fun. It's messy, expensive, and time consuming. I plan to do this 1-2 days/week for the next two months...or forever.
It's all in the name of bikini season, tank tops, and short-shorts...
Oh, and there's that part where it makes you feel really great.
