Hi Y'all-

Hope everything has been going well for you. Things have been a little nuts over the past few weeks in the casa de fitzbomb... Hopefully soon enough things will settle down and I'll be back in full-force work mode.

I miss little Don!

I have a stack of commissions that have been left slightly neglected, and a stack of ideas that I need to work through.

I really want to do a series of super summertime paintings. Think girls in bikinis, sunnies, hats, palm trees, pool side.

Me and my ghost

Anyhoo, since I've been back from NYC, I've been doing boring stuff like getting my taxes together, wild stuff involving cop strippers and booty bounce, and normal, fun stuff like going to baseball games.

I'm hoping my main man, AJ here goes for number 6 tonight. I will be at The Yard waiting for it.

Speaking of going to games, I'm already running late to head out of the house and get my pre-game started. I'm going to have to cut this one short...'til next time.

The Pizza Diet Was A Joke

So that I don't have to answer another question about pizza diet, I will quell the rumors. It was a joke. Kind of. I did eat only 6 slices of pizza in 3 days (2/day.) 


Ultimately, it led me to going on a juice fast.

I have to say, my groceries look way better on juice fast than pizza diet (I WASN'T REALLY ON A PIZZA DIET.)

For juice fast I drank about 1000 calories of green vegetable juices, almond milk, and a cleanse/day. No alcohol, caffeine, sugar, or fun. It's messy, expensive, and time consuming. I plan to do this 1-2 days/week for the next two months...or forever. 

It's all in the name of bikini season, tank tops, and short-shorts...

Oh, and there's that part where it makes you feel really great.

Yo! Look Out For The POPO!

After a couple weeks into my stay in BK I was really looking forward to a visit from my buddy, Emily Rabbit. She was coming into town to support Philadelphia's POPO for the album release party w/ guests New Look and WIN WIN (some of you may have seen the sequel the following night at Golden West with Spankrock. For once, I was jelly of y'all who were in Baltimore for that. I digress....) 

POPO's latest album, Dope Boy Magick, is tight as expected. It was rad to see live...and the Neil Young cover, um, awesome.

PO PO’s Dope Boy Magick sounds as if it’s being transmitted through a cloud. The debut full-length of once brother trio-turned-solo project of lone remaining bro Zeb Malik is a collage of outcast-rock past, with influences culled from goth, punk, and even witch house, but as its grungy bass crunch and oodles of reverb blur the borders between styles, the record becomes a sort of “Variations on Alienation for Drum Machine and Distorted Guitar."
